Samsung wireless chargers detect and recognize very well Samsung’s own smartphones, and if the Samsung phone supports fast wireless charging, Samsung wireless chargers charge it exceptionally perfectly and fast. See the best Samsung wireless chargers.

Your Phone Is Compatible with Samsung Wireless Charger But It Won’t Charge
In some circumstances, the Samsung wireless charger won’t charge your phone even it’s compatible. When you put the phone onto the Samsung wireless charger, its stops charging and the blue LED starts blinking.
This not charging issue could be caused by faulty cables, the phone not being centered correctly, inner conflicts, cached partition, bugs from the phone, etc.

Another dilemma you may get into is that the Samsung wireless charger just works not so well with your phone. It may charge your phone very slowly, or it won’t detect your phone well and you need to find the sweet spot for a while.
As what we’ve mentioned in the first part, not all phones work well with Samsung wireless chargers even if the phones have wireless charging built-in. In this case, you’d better choose another high quality built wireless charger, such as Yootech, Anker, CHOETECH and Seneo.
Does Samsung Wireless Charger Charge an Old Phone
“Can I use the Samsung wireless charger to charge an old phone?”
If you have an old phone which has no wireless charging built-in and want to charge it wirelessly on a Samsung wireless charger, you can use a wireless charging receiver to add wireless charging to your phone and then put the phone onto the wireless charger to get it charged.
We’ve tested iPhone 6, iPhone 6S, and iPhone 7 – added a high quality wireless charging receiver on the back of the phones, put the phones onto the Samsung wireless chargers with screen facing up, and done.
The wireless chargers detected the phones in about 2 seconds and started charging, not very fast, in 5W standard.
Please note that you should use a high quality wireless charging receiver. We recommend Nillkin and YKing.
