To fix this wireless charging failure, place your iPhone 6/6S in the center of the wireless charger.
3. Make Sure the Charger is Connected Correctly to Power
If you use a charger (or a charging pad) for your iPhone 6/6S wireless charging, make sure it has been connected correctly to power, so that it can supply battery juice to your phone.
There should be a power adapter or a USB cable that comes with the wireless charger you bought. It’s recommended to use that power adapter or the USB cable to charge the wireless charger.
Make sure the power adapter and the USB cable is not defective.

In our test, most charging battery cases for iPhone 6/6S in the market can charge your phone fully for 2-4 times. You can check to see what volume of juice the case is carrying.
Normally there are 4 LED indicators on the back of the case. One indicates less than 25% power, two 26%-50%, three 51%-75%, and four 76%-120%.
And if there is less power in the battery case, wireless charging on your iPhone 6/6S will be slower.

Some battery cases need just one short press on the power button and others may need a 3-second press.
7. Update the Software on Your iPhone
Sometimes a software issue would affect the wireless charging, making it slower or not charging. The iPhone 6 shuts down automatically or is in black/white screen every time when it’s placed on the charger for wireless charging, for example.
Check to see if there is a software update in General > Software Update in your Apple iPhone, and do updating before you charge it wirelessly again.
8. Cool Your iPhone 6/6S or the Charger
You may find your iPhone 6/6S stops charging at 80% and never gets fully charged, or your phone is charging slowly at 50% or 80%.
This is because your phone is getting too warm and the software has to limit or stop charging to protect itself.
In this case, cool your phone and the charger, or move them to a cooler location and try charging again.
